After the plan
Build it with me, or build it yourself. The plan works either way.
If a fix is worth building, you get a one-page scope and a fixed price before any work starts. I build the fix in your accounts and train your team as I build, so by the end they already run it. Keep me on to calibrate more, month to month. The build is the Calibration.
If it is not worth doing, I will say that too.
