I am Karim Nassar. I run Calibrate Your Business from Austin, Texas. This page says what I collect on this site and what I do with it.

What I collect

• What you type into a form: your name, email, business details, and your answers.
• A salted hash of your IP address, used only for rate limits so one visitor cannot flood the forms. I do not store the raw address for this.
• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics (GA4): pages viewed, button clicks, and where a visit came from.

Why

I use form answers to reply to you and to prepare for your Discovery call or Mapping. The IP hash keeps the forms usable. Analytics tells me which pages help people and which do not.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare, including Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person.
• Google Analytics, for the analytics cookies above.
• Resend, which sends the email notifications and replies.
• Cal.com, if you book a time with me.
• The servers and database I run, where form answers are stored.
• Anthropic, only for the AI visibility check, and only when that feature is switched on. It receives the business details you submit to that check.

No selling, no mailing list

I do not sell your information. I do not add you to a mailing list. I email you about the thing you asked for.

How long I keep it

I keep form answers only as long as I need them to reply to you and work with you, and I delete them when you ask. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings.

Ask me to delete it

Email [email protected] and I will delete what I hold about you and confirm when it is done.
