Google
Google Workspace Business Standard, with Gemini
Gemini inside Gmail, Docs and Meet, so it works where your email and files already are.
- Worth a look only if you would move your email and files to Google anyway.
- Strongest for writing and email, which you picked.
- 5 x $14 = $70 a month, billed annually
- $840 over a year
The $14 is Google's price with the annual option selected, which needs a 1-year commitment; I did not read a flexible month-to-month price, and Google shows that one higher. This is the full Workspace seat price, not an add-on. Business Starter is listed at $7 with Gemini in Gmail and chat; Business Plus at $22. Google lists introductory discounts for new customers; I use the list price.

The math
Seats times the vendor's published price per user per month. Where a vendor lists a lower price for annual billing I show both, and the yearly total uses the lower one.
Prices below were read from each vendor's own page on October 17, 2026, in US dollars before tax, at list price with no introductory discounts.

What this does not count
Taxes, usage caps that change what a seat can do, and whether you need the premium tier for heavy users. A standalone plan also does not connect to your email and files unless you set that up.
The price of an AI plan is the smaller cost. The larger one is the hours your team spends working out what to use it for.
Where I come in

Does Google Workspace come with Gemini?

Is a team plan different from a personal plan?
Vendors sell team plans with shared billing and admin controls. The Claude page I read lists no training on your content by default; check the others. A personal plan is billed to one person, so you cannot see or manage what the team puts in it.
Why does a plan show no price?
I only publish a price I read off the vendor's own page on the date shown. If the page would not load for me, I show a link and no number rather than one from memory.

I do not rank them. The list is two or three plans that fit what you told me. The plan matters less than setting it up for your jobs.
